Sponsors: A major part of FIRST is the sponsorship opportunities. The purpose of getting sponsors goes beyond just getting money from some big corporation. It is intended to get experienced mentors to work with the students to help teach them valuable skills in engineering, programming, and marketing. Sponsors come in many shapes and sizes -- from businesses such as Steiner Technologies, Railcomm, and PMD to large corperations such a Xerox, andto the high school which our students attend. Our sponsors donate their time and funds to help inspire future engineers. |
