STIMS Instructions:<\/b><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Visit <\/span>https:\/\/www.firstinspires.org\/resource-library\/youth-team-member-consent-and-release-form<\/span><\/a>, and click on the blue button at the top of the page that says \u201cComplete Registration Now.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> Log into your FIRST account. If you have not already created an account with FIRST, please do so now by clicking the \u201cRegister\u201d button at the top right corner of the page and return to this step after doing so.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/b> Once logged in, you will be brought to your Dashboard. Click on the \u201cMy Teams\u201d tab, and click the blue \u201cApply to a Team\u201d button. Select \u201cFIRST Robotics Competition (Suggested Ages 14-18),\u201d and enter \u201c578\u201d as the team number. The team name that appears should be \u201cR-cubed – Red Raider Robotics.\u201d If so, hit the \u201cApply\u201d button below. If not, double check to make sure you\u2019ve entered the correct number and have selected the appropriate program.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b> After you have returned to the Dashboard, click on the \u201cParent\/Guardian – Youth\u201d tab. From here, click to invite a parent\/guardian to complete the required consent forms. Parents will then need to create a FIRST account under that same email and sign the form of the student they have been invited by previously in this step.<\/span><\/p>\n

(<\/span><\/i>Note:<\/i><\/b> Parents will only be able to successfully complete the consent forms if done so through an account using the same email as invited by the student. If done by a different email, the consent form will not complete successfully.)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/b> Once the parental consent forms have been successfully completed, you\u2019re all set! You will now be able to partake in the coming year\u2019s build season and travel with the team to our competitions. \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n
